A
good old cop from the same mold as T.J. Hooker,
Jim Corrigan shares his cab (and the 4Adam16 moniker) with officer Stacy
Sheridan.
A straight-as-an-arrow officer with plenty in his past to give his character some depth, Corrigan is always ready to provide backup to Hooker and Romano. Rarely on a case of their own, Corrigan and Sheridan seem to always be about three blocks away from the vicinity of any scuffle 4Adam30 gets involved in. When a blow to the head provides him with some serious brain damage, Corrigan starts taking the law into his own hands, ruthlessly beating would-be miscreants in a manner far outside of the law. It's only a confrontation with Hooker that convinces Corrigan he needs some help--and fast. His budding romance with Stacy Sheridan takes place once Romano's firmly out of the picture--not that the young South Philly officer would have posed any threat to the suave Corrigan's advances on the younger Sheridan.
