Hooker is suspended when his pursuit of heroin pushers interferes with Federal agents who are after the ring's supplier.

SYNOPSIS:

Hooker, having been ordered off a case that the F.B.I. is working on, takes things too far when he stakes out a nightclub that is a major drug distribution center and is subsequently suspended from the force. One of his police contacts, Paige Miller, is working undercover on the operation. Paige has infiltrated the drug ring by posing as the mistress of Leon Colson, head of the ring. When Hooker hears that a summit meeting involving drug dealers is taking place at Colson's home, he gets the list of attendees names and recognizes the name of a man on the list who could identify Paige. Hooker goes to the mansion to warn Paige and is able to do so by causing a disturbance. Hooker returns to the nightclub and recognizes an ice bag twister that matchs the same used to tie a bag of heroin found on an overdose victim. Paige, menawhile, has gone to Colson's ice company where a drug deal is taking place. Once there, she phones Hooker, but is cut off before she can give him the location. Hooker guesses they are at Colson's ice company and arrives just in time to save Paige and apprehend Colson and his associates.
