The
tribe has spoken. After a week-long tribal council, Captain
Dennis Sheridan was voted off the island of Pulau Tiga.
Island living has not been kind to the Captain, and from the
look on his face as his torch was extinguished and host Jeff
Probst asked him to leave the Tribal Council area, it
was clear that Captain Dennis Sheridan would not soon forget
the indignities he suffered at the hands of his fellow castaways.
FINAL
WORDS: DENNIS SHERIDAN
"It's
been a good experience, I guess. It was fun at first, adjusting
to the new way of living on the island and all. I just had
no idea that people would start scheming immediately, and
forming little cliques and alliances the way they did. I mean,
Hooker was pretty ruthless from the get-go. And it was a bit
of a shock to find out that my own daughter voted me off;
I have to say I was pretty upset about that. I think she might
still be upset about the time I grounded her when I found
out she was out all night at her junior prom with some long-haired
rock and roller dude named Ritchie. He was a real scumbag.
"If
I had it to do all over again, I guess I would have played
differently. I wouldn't have allowed Vince to cut me off during
the Lobster Race Immunity Challenge, for one. I would've thrown
a rock at that little twerp or something, anything, to win
that race.
"But
I guess the Tribal Council has spoken and that's that. All
I know is, I can't wait to come back in 36 days and help determine
the winner. It's bound to be a bloodbath. Heh heh heh."
